Dr. James O'HalloranSBIR Awards: Dr. O’Halloran has participated in the SBIR program for over 25 years and has written and served as a Principal Investigator on over 20 SBIR awards.
Experience as an NIH Reviewer: He has served as a reviewer for SBIR grant and contract applications across many divisions of NIH, including the National Institutes of Mental Health; Aging; Neurological Diseases and Stroke; Child Health and Development; Cancer; Heart Lung and Blood and Allergy and Infectious Diseases.
Industry Development Experience: He has more than 25 years of experience in the design, development and clinical evaluation of various medical electronic systems and has served as consultant for a range of industry-funded projects.
Academic Background: He has received two bachelor’s degrees and a Ph.D. from the University of California, IrvineUpdate.
